Refund Policy
How refunds work for supplier charges and for Sky2Road service fees.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services arranged through Sky2Road. It covers two separate things, and the distinction matters:
- Supplier charges — the fare, rate or price charged by the airline, railway operator, hotel, car rental company or cruise line.
- Sky2Road service fees — any fee charged by SKY2ROAD LLC for arranging the booking on your behalf.
2. Supplier charges
Refunds for supplier charges are governed entirely by the supplier's own terms and by the fare or rate type you selected. Sky2Road cannot override those rules. In practice:
- Many discounted airline fares are non-refundable, or refundable only as a credit minus a change fee.
- Hotel rates vary from fully flexible to fully non-refundable, often on the same property for the same night.
- Cruise deposits and final payments typically follow a tiered schedule tied to the sailing date.
- Car rental cancellation terms depend on the company and whether the rate was prepaid.
We will explain the terms attached to an option before you decide, and we will help you submit a refund request to the supplier where one is available.
3. Sky2Road service fees
Where a service fee is charged for arranging a booking, that fee covers work already performed and is generally non-refundable once the booking has been completed. If we charged a fee for a booking that was never completed, or if a fee was applied in error, contact us and we will correct it.
4. How to request a refund
Call +1 (844) 652-3983 or email contact@sky2road.online with your booking reference, the traveller name and a brief description of what you are requesting. We will confirm which supplier rules apply and what your options are.
5. Timescales
Once a supplier approves a refund, the time it takes to reach you is set by that supplier and your payment provider. Card refunds commonly take one to two billing cycles. Sky2Road does not control that timing.
6. Disruption and involuntary changes
If a supplier cancels or significantly changes a service, your entitlement is determined by that supplier's policy and by applicable passenger-rights law. We will help you understand what applies and assist with the claim where we can.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes are resolved faster directly, and a chargeback raised while a supplier refund is already in progress can delay it.
