1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sky2road.online and the travel assistance services provided by SKY2ROAD LLC. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What Sky2Road is

Sky2Road is an independent travel service provider offering travel booking and reservation assistance. We are not an airline, railway operator, hotel, car rental company or cruise line, and we do not own, operate or control any transport, accommodation or vehicle.

3. Nature of the service

Our role is to assist you: to discuss your requirements, explain the options available and help arrange bookings with suppliers. When a booking is made, the resulting contract for the travel service is between you and that supplier, subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions.

4. Inquiries, not live bookings

The forms on this website are inquiry forms. They do not display live availability, do not hold or reserve inventory, and do not process payment. Nothing on this site constitutes a confirmed booking. A booking exists only when it has been confirmed to you directly and confirmation has been issued by the relevant supplier.

5. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including correct names as they appear on travel documents, dates and contact details. Corrections made after a booking is issued may attract supplier fees, and some tickets and reservations cannot be amended at all.

6. Pricing and fees

Prices for travel services are set by suppliers and can change until a booking is confirmed and issued. Where Sky2Road charges a service fee for arranging a booking, that fee is disclosed to you before you agree to proceed. Please read the Refund Policy alongside this section.

7. Travel documents and entry requirements

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, including passports, visas and any health documentation required by your destination or transit points. Requirements are set by governments and can change at short notice. We may offer general guidance, but you must confirm requirements with the relevant authority.

8. Changes, cancellations and disruption

Change and cancellation rights are governed by the supplier's terms and the fare or rate you selected. Sky2Road cannot waive supplier rules. In the event of delay, cancellation or disruption caused by a supplier, remedies are those provided by that supplier and by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKY2ROAD LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults or insolvency of any supplier, or for loss, injury, delay or expense arising from events outside our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with our assistance services will not exceed the service fee you paid to Sky2Road for the arrangement in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to misrepresent your identity, to submit fraudulent inquiries, or to attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

11. Intellectual property

The Sky2Road name, site design, text and layout are the property of SKY2ROAD LLC. Third-party names, logos and trademarks referenced anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
